• All advance tickets will be held for collection at the venue box office as doors open at 7pm on the show date.

• Tickets will be detailed/saved under the name of the person/PayPal account they were booked by.

• All show seating choice/seating allocations will be confirmed via a full booking confirmation email, which will be sent to your registered PayPal account email address within 24hrs of your purchase (Monday - Friday). Please make sure the email address you use with your PayPal account is current!  (The booking confirmation email will be sent from VelvetBurlesque@aol.com) 

• Once purchased, we cannot offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for ticket purchases not wanted/used/claimed, etc. Whilst we will help to re-sell any tickets in advance of the show date (by offering them to our mailing list/show waiting list, etc.), we obviously cannot guarantee any re-sale.

The email address provided to us via PayPal checkout is the only contact email address we will have for you and to which we will send your full booking confirmation email.

• We are very sorry - The Library Theatre currently has NO wheelchair/disabled access available. Please be aware that due to ongoing building renovation and improvements being undertaken by Sheffield City Council/Sheffield Central Library, The Library Theatre cannot accommodate wheelchairs at this particular venue, nor is there wheelchair/disabled access, or a disabled toilet available at this time.

• There are 2x flights of stairs down into the theatre foyer/bar from the main entrance on Tudor Square, and then a short flight of stairs up from the foyer/bar area into the theatre. There is another flight of stairs within the theatre itself leading down into the seating area, unless you choose seating towards the theatre entrance/top of the stairs, as can be seen on the seating plan on the ticket purchase page as linked via this page.

• Sheffield Library Theatre along with Sheffield City Council are hoping to have made significant improvements for wheelchair/disabled users over the coming months. We are sorry for any inconvenience. but please understand that this is out of our hands.

• The Library Theatre does not have an allocated car park, however there are various signposted NCP/Q-Park covered car parks, on-street parking, plus open air car park areas surrounding the city centre. 

• This event will include flashing lights and loud noise - if you have an aversion to either, we suggest that this event is probably not suitable for you.

• The bar will open as doors open. There will be 3x acts, with an interval in between each act. The bar will remain open after the show until midnight.

• Please note: Our shows are obviously labelled/billed as an 18+ Cert.

• Due to content, some acts/performances will obviously include bawdy/risqué style humour/themes/language, plus there will be some degree of striptease.

• We trust that having chosen to come along and see such a show as this, our general adult audience has a broad and inquisitive mind ... if not, our show/event is perhaps not for you. 

• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove anyone from the venue who is displaying aggressive or unwanted behaviour.

• Performers may be subject to change without notice.
